Christopher Gregory, former executive director of Colorado’s Commission on Judicial Discipline, filed a federal lawsuit alleging that state Supreme Court justices and other officials covered up a multimillion-dollar contract scandal and retaliated against him for trying to expose it. The claims are allegations in a filed complaint and have not been proven in court.
