We evaluate families based on history of adequate safety and health of children and elderly and the likelihood of future adequate safety and health conditions. We partner with attorneys to provide funds for family situations which have a reasonable and probable likelihood of resulting in survival of family unit. The decision to provide assistance is made in partnership with attorneys, who have access to case records, criminal records, etc. as relevant to the decision process.
The Selection Process includes…
1. Submit an application online.
2. Print and have your signature notarized on the Affidavit of Truth. Download the Affidavit of Truth pdf here.
3. Send the notarized original Affidavit of Truth from Step 2 above to 9122 W. Nichols Dr. Littleton CO, 80128. (Please do not scan and email this, send physical copy to address listed)
4. Obtain a copy of the Register of Actions from your case at the courthouse then, scan and email to carrolldebbie73@protonmail.com
